Cuba’s Deputy Foreign Minister: U.S. Policy is Collective Punishment

    In an interview with PBS, Cuba’s Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Fernández de Cossío  reiterated there has been “no progress” in talks between the Trump administration and the Cuban government due to unrelenting U.S. hostility. 

    He said U.S. policy is “collective punishment” meant to inflict economic pain on the Cuban people.
